(وَمَنْ فِيهِ) مِمَّنْ يَسْتَحِقُّ مِنْ الْخُمُسِ (سَبَبَانِ فَأَكْثَرُ، كَابْنِ سَبِيلٍ مِسْكِينٍ يَتِيمٍ أَخَذَ بِهَا) ، لِأَنَّهَا أَسْبَابُ أَحْكَامٍ، فَوَجَبَ ثُبُوتُ أَحْكَامِهَا، كَمَا لَوْ انْفَرَدَتْ،
