(وَإِنْ أَسْقَطَ الْكُلُّ) حَقَّهُمْ مِنْ الْغَنِيمَةِ (ف) هِيَ (فَيْءٌ) تُصْرَفُ لِلْمَصَالِحِ كُلِّهَا، لِأَنَّهُ لَمْ يَبْقَ لَهَا مُسْتَحِقٌّ مُعَيَّنٌ
