مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(وَلَا قَسْمَ لِمَنْ مَاتَ أَوْ انْصَرَفَ أَوْ أُسِرَ قَبْلَ ذَلِكَ) ، أَيْ: تَقَضِّي الْحَرْبِ، لِأَنَّهُمْ لَمْ يَحْضُرُوهَا وَقْتَ انْتِقَالِ الْغَنِيمَةِ إلَى مِلْكِ الْغَانِمِينَ (لَا) إنْ مَاتَ أَوْ انْصَرَفَ أَوْ أُسِرَ (بَعْدَهُ) ، أَيْ: تَقَضِّي الْحَرْبِ، فَيُقْسَمُ لَهُ كَغَيْرِهِ مِنْ الْغَانِمِينَ.
