(وَلَا تَصِحُّ إجَارَةٌ لِجِهَادٍ) ، لِأَنَّهُ عَمَلٌ يَخْتَصُّ فَاعِلُهُ أَنْ يَكُونَ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْقَرْيَةِ كَالْحَجِّ (فَيُسْهَمُ لَهُ) ، أَيْ: أَجِيرِ الْجِهَادِ،
