(وَيَثْبُتُ حُكْمُ غُلُولٍ بِإِقْرَارٍ) مِنْ غَالٍّ (أَوْ شَهَادَةِ عَدْلَيْنِ ذَكَرَيْنِ) ، لِأَنَّهُ مِمَّا يَطَّلِعُ عَلَيْهِ الرِّجَالُ غَالِبًا، وَيُوجِبُ عُقُوبَةً، أَشْبَهَ سَائِرَ مَا يُوجِبُ التَّعْزِيرَ. [
