(وَإِنْ قَصَدَ إهَانَتَهُ) - أَيْ: الْقُرْآنِ أَوْ الذِّكْرِ بِذَلِكَ أَيْ: بِكَتْبِهِ بِالنَّجَسِ - (فَالْوَاجِبُ) عَلَى وَلِيِّ الْأَمْرِ (قَتْلُهُ، كَمَا) ذَكَرَهُ ابْنُ عَقِيلٍ (" فِي الْفُنُونِ ")

وَيَجِبُ غَسْلُ الْكِتَابَةِ وَتَحْرِيقُهَا لِلصِّيَانَةِ.
