وَمَا بَينَ شَجَرٍ مَنْ بَيَاضِ أَرْضٍ تَبَعٌ لَهَا،

(وَمَا بَيْنَ شَجَرٍ مِنْ بَيَاضِ أَرْضٍ) ، وَهُوَ الْخَالِي مِنْ الشَّجَرِ (تَبَعٌ لَهَا) ، أَيْ: لِلشَّجَرِ، فَلَا يُؤْخَذُ سِوَى خَرَاجِ الشَّجَرِ.
