(وَمَا لَمْ يَنْبُتْ أَوْ يَنَلْهُ الْمَاءُ) إلَّا عَامًا بَعْدَ عَامٍ، (فَنِصْفُ خَرَاجِهِ فِي كُلِّ عَامٍ) لِأَنَّ نَفْعَهَا عَلَى النِّصْفِ، فَكَذَا خَرَاجُهَا.
