(وَ) لَوْ عُقِدَتْ الْهُدْنَةُ (مَعَ عَدَمِ شَرْطِ) رَدٍّ (لَا) يَجُوزُ (رَدُّ) مَنْ جَاءَنَا مُسْلِمًا، أَوْ بِأَمَانٍ (مُطْلَقًا) ، أَيْ: حُرًّا كَانَ أَوْ عَبْدًا، رَجُلًا أَوْ امْرَأَةً، لِأَنَّهُ رَدٌّ إلَى بَاطِلٍ.
