(وَ) يَجِبُ (عَلَى الْإِمَامِ حِمَايَتُهُمْ) مِمَّنْ تَحْتَ قَبْضَتِهِ، لِأَنَّهُ أَمَّنَهُمْ مِنْهُمْ وَ (لَا) يَلْزَمُهُ حِمَايَتُهُمْ (مِنْ أَهْلِ حَرْبٍ) ، لِأَنَّ الْهُدْنَةَ لَا تَقْتَضِيهِ
