وَيجِبُ إعْلَامُهُمْ قَبْلَ الإغَارَةِ عَلَيهِمْ وَرَدُّ مَنْ بِدَارِنَا مَنْهُمْ إلَى مَأَمَنِهِ، وَيُسْتوْفَى مَا عَلَيهِمْ مَنْ حَقٍّ،

(وَيَجِبُ إعْلَامُهُمْ) ، أَيْ: أَهْلِ الْهُدْنَةِ نَبْذَ الْعَهْدِ (قَبْلَ الْإِغَارَةِ عَلَيْهِمْ) ، لِلْآيَةِ. (وَ) يَجِبُ (رَدُّ مَنْ بِدَارِنَا مِنْهُمْ إلَى مَأْمَنِهِ، وَيُسْتَوْفَى مَا عَلَيْهِمْ مِنْ حَقٍّ) كَغَيْرِهِمْ لِلْعُمُومَاتِ،
