(وَلَيْسَ لِمُسْلِمٍ تَوْكِيلٌ) ، أَيْ: أَنْ يَتَوَكَّلَ عَنْهُمْ (فِي أَدَائِهَا وَلَا) فِي (ضَمَانِهَا، وَلَا أَنْ يُحِيلَ مَنْ) ، أَيْ: ذِمِّيًّا وَجَبَتْ، (هِيَ) ، أَيْ: الْجِزْيَةُ (عَلَيْهِ بِهَا) ، لِفَوَاتِ الصَّغَارِ،
