(وَلَا تَجِبُ) ضِيَافَةٌ عَلَيْهِمْ (بِلَا شَرْطٍ) ، لِأَنَّهُ لَا دَلِيلَ عَلَيْهِ، فَلَا يُكَلَّفُونَهَا مَعَ عَدَمِ الشَّرْطِ، وَلَا يُكَلَّفُونَ الذَّبِيحَةَ، وَلَا أَنْ يُضَيِّفُوا بِأَرْفَعَ مِنْ طَعَامِهِمْ، لِقَوْلِ عُمَرَ: أَطْعِمُوهُمْ مِمَّا تَأْكُلُونَ
