وَإِنْ قَال بَعْضُهُمْ دِينَارٌ، وَبَعْضُهُمْ دِينَارَينِ، أَخَذَ كُلٌّ بِمَا يُقِرُّ بِهِ.

(وَإِنْ قَالَ بَعْضُهُمْ) : الْمَضْرُوبُ عَلَيْنَا (دِينَارٌ، وَبَعْضٌ) مِنْهُمْ قَالَ: (دِينَارَانِ، أَخَذَ كُلٌّ بِمَا يُقِرُّ بِهِ) وَلَا يُقْبَلُ قَوْلُ بَعْضِهِمْ عَلَى بَعْضٍ، لِأَنَّ أَقْوَالَهُمْ غَيْرُ مَقْبُولَةٍ.
