(وَإِنْ سَلَّمَ ذِمِّيٌّ) عَلَى مُسْلِمٍ، (لَزِمَ) الْمُسْلِمَ. (رَدُّهُ، فَيُقَالُ) فِي رَدِّهِ: (وَعَلَيْكُمْ) أَوْ: عَلَيْكُمْ، بِلَا وَاوٍ، وَبِهَا أَوْلَى، لِحَدِيثِ أَحْمَدَ عَنْ أَنَسٍ، قَالَ:«نُهِينَا، أَوْ أُمِرْنَا أَنْ لَا نَزِيدَ أَهْلَ الذِّمَّةِ عَلَى: وَعَلَيْكُمْ»
