(وَلَا) يُنْقَضُ بِنَاؤُهُمْ (إنْ بَنَى) مُسْلِمٌ (دَارًا عِنْدَهُمْ) فِي مَحَلَّتِهِمْ (دُونَ بِنَائِهِمْ) ، لِأَنَّهُمْ لَمْ يُعْلُوا بِنَاءَهُمْ عَلَى بِنَائِهِ
