(لَا) يَجِبُ (هَدْمُ مَا كَانَ مَوْجُودًا مِنْهَا) ، أَيْ: مِنْ الْبِيَعِ وَالْكَنَائِسِ وَنَحْوِهَا (وَقْتَ فَتْحِ) الْأَرْضِ الَّتِي هِيَ بِهَا،
