مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(فَإِنْ أَبَى مَا كَانَ عَلَيْهِ) مِنْ الدِّينِ، (وَ) أَبَى (الْإِسْلَامَ هُدِّدَ وَحُبِسَ وَضُرِبَ) حَتَّى يُسْلِمَ أَوْ يَرْجِعَ إلَى دِينِهِ الَّذِي كَانَ عَلَيْهِ، (وَلَمْ يُقْتَلْ) ، لِأَنَّهُ لَمْ يَخْرُجْ عَنْ دِينِ أَهْلِ الْكِتَابِ، وَلِأَنَّهُ مُخْتَلَفٌ فِيهِ، فَلَا يُقْتَلُ لِلشُّبْهَةِ.
