(أَوْ قَطَعَ طَرِيقًا) ، لِعَدَمِ وَفَائِهِ بِمُقْتَضَى الذِّمَّةِ مِنْ أَمْنِ جَانِبِهِ (أَوْ تَجَسَّسَ أَوْ آوَى جَاسُوسًا) ، لِمَا فِيهِ مِنْ الضَّرَرِ عَلَى الْمُسْلِمِينَ، أَشْبَهَ الِامْتِنَاعَ مِنْ بَذْلِ الْجِزْيَةِ،
