(وَيَتَّجِهُ) : أَنَّهُ يُنْتَقَضُ عَهْدُهُ بِقَتْلِ مُسْلِمٍ (مَعْصُومٍ) ، فَلَا يُنْتَقَضُ عَهْدُهُ بِقَتْلِ مُرْتَدٍّ وَلَا زَانٍ مُحْصَنٍ أَوْ قَاتِلٍ مَعْصُومٍ، وَهُوَ مُتَّجِهٌ
