(وَيَتَّجِهُ) : إنَّمَا يَحْرُمُ قَتْلُ سَابِّ النَّبِيَّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -، إنْ كَانَ سَبَّهُ (بِغَيْرِ قَذْفٍ) ،

وَأَمَّا قَاذِفُهُ وَالْعِيَاذُ بِاَللَّهِ تَعَالَى، فَيُقْتَلُ بِكُلِّ حَالٍ، وَيَأْتِي فِي الْقَذْفِ، وَهُوَ مُتَّجِهٌ.
