(وَيُبَاحُ كِتَابَةُ آيَتَيْنِ فَأَقَلَّ إلَى كُفَّارٍ) نَقَلَ الْأَثْرَمُ: يَجُوزُ أَنْ يُكْتَبَ إلَى أَهْلِ الذِّمَّةِ كِتَابًا فِيهِ ذِكْرُ اللَّهِ تَعَالَى، كَمَا كَتَبَ النَّبِيُّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - إلَى الْمُشْرِكِينَ.
