(قَالَ الْقَاضِي) أَبُو يَعْلَى فِي جَامِعِهِ ": (وَ) تُقْبَلُ هَدِيَّةٌ (مِنْ كَافِرٍ وَفَاسِقٍ) أُرْسِلَ بِهَا، وَذَكَرَهُ الْقَاضِي إجْمَاعًا فِي مَوْضِعٍ؛ يَقْبَلُهُ مِنْهُ (إذَا ظَنَّ صِدْقَهُ) بِقَرِينَةٍ، وَإِلَّا فَلَا،
