(وَكَعَلَقٍ لِمَصِّ دَمٍ) ؛ لِأَنَّهُ نَفْعٌ مَقْصُودٌ. (وَكَلَبَنِ آدَمِيَّةٍ) انْفَصَلَ مِنْهَا؛ لِأَنَّهُ طَاهِرٌ يُنْتَفَعُ بِهِ؛ كَلَبَنِ الشَّاةِ، (لَا) لَبَنِ (رَجُلٍ وَيُكْرَهُ) ؛ لِعَدَمِ الِانْتِفَاعِ بِهِ.
