وَفِي تَحْرِيمِ وَطْئِهَا وَجْهَانِ، أَوْلَاهُمَا: لَيسَ لَهَا مَتْعُهُ، وَبِهِ قَال الشَّافِعِيَّةُ حَكَاهُ ابْنُ الْعِمَادِ.

(وَفِي تَحْرِيمِ وَطْئِهَا وَجْهَانِ، أَوْلَاهُمَا: لَيْسَ لَهَا مَنْعُهُ) لِمِلْكِهِ لَهَا وَلِمَنَافِعِهَا، (وَبِهِ قَالَ الشَّافِعِيَّةُ حَكَاهُ) عَنْهُمْ (ابْنُ الْعِمَادِ) فِي كِتَابِ " التِّبْيَانِ فِيمَا يَحِلُّ وَيَحْرُمُ مِنْ الْحَيَوَانِ.
