مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(وَيَجُوزُ نَسْخُهُ) ؛ أَيْ: الْمُصْحَفِ (بِأُجْرَةٍ) حَتَّى مِنْ مُحْدِثٍ وَكَافِرٍ بِلَا حَمْلٍ وَلَا مَسٍّ، وَلَا يُقْطَعُ بِسَرِقَتِهِ؛ لِأَنَّهُ لَا يُبَاعُ.

وَيَجُوزُ (وَقْفُهُ) ؛ أَيْ: الْمُصْحَفِ، (وَهِبَتُهُ، وَوَصِيَّةٌ بِهِ) ؛ لِأَنَّهُ لَا اعْتِيَاضَ فِي ذَلِكَ عَنْهُ.
