(خَمْرٍ لِيُرِيقَهَا) ؛ لِأَنَّهُ لَا نَفْعَ فِيهَا، وَلَا مَالِيَّةَ.
وَلَا شِرَاءُ (آلَةِ لَهْوٍ لِيَكْسِرَهَا) ؛ كَمِزْمَارٍ، وَطُنْبُورٍ، وَنَرْدٍ، وَشَطْرَنْجٍ، وَنَحْوِهِ.
