(وَلَا إجَارَةُ رِبَاعِ) بِكَسْرِ الرَّاءِ (مَكَّةَ) ، وَلَا رِبَاعِ الْحَرَمِ (وَهِيَ) ؛ أَيْ: الرِّبَاعُ (الْمَنَازِلُ، وَكَذَا بِقَاعُ الْمَنَاسِكِ) كَالْمَسْعَى، وَالْمَرْمَى وَالْمَوْقِفِ، وَنَحْوِهَا، وَالْقَوْلُ بِعَدَمِ صِحَّةِ بَيْعِ بِقَاعِ الْمَنَاسِكِ
