مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(وَلَا) يَصِحُّ بَيْعُ (مَاءٍ عِدٍّ) بِكَسْرِ الْعَيْنِ، وَتَشْدِيدِ الدَّالِ؛ أَيْ: الَّذِي لَهُ مَادَّةٌ لَا تَنْقَطِعُ، مَا لَمْ يَحُزْهُ؛ (كَمَاءِ عَيْنٍ) ، (وَنَفْعِ بِئْرٍ) ؛ لِحَدِيثِ:«الْمُسْلِمُونَ شُرَكَاءُ فِي ثَلَاثٍ، فِي الْمَاءِ وَالْكَلَإِ، وَالنَّارِ» رَوَاهُ أَبُو عُبَيْدٍ، وَالْأَثْرَمُ.
