مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(وَلَا) بَيْعُ (مُنَابَذَةٍ) لِحَدِيثِ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ: «نَهَى عَنْ الْمُلَامَسَةِ، وَالْمُنَابَذَةِ» ) كَقَوْلِهِ (مَتَى) نَبَذْتَ هَذَا الثَّوْبَ فَعَلَيْكَ بِكَذَا (أَوْ إنْ نَبَذْتَ؛) أَيْ: طَرَحْتَ (هَذَا) الثَّوْبَ وَنَحْوَهُ فَلَكَ بِكَذَا (أَوْ أَيَّ ثَوْبٍ نَبَذْتَهُ فَلَكَ بِكَذَا) ؛ فَلَا يَصِحُّ، لِلْجَهَالَةِ، أَوْ التَّعْلِيقِ.

وَلَا يَصِحُّ
