وَصُبْرَةٍ؛ جُزَافًا مَعَ جَهْلِهِمَا أَوْ عِلْمِهِمَا،

مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(مَعَ جَهْلِهِمَا) أَيْ: الْمُتَبَايِعَيْنِ، (أَوْ عِلْمِهِمَا) بِقَدْرِهَا؛ لِعَدَمِ التَّغْرِيرِ لِحَدِيثِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ:«كُنَّا نَشْتَرِي الطَّعَامَ مِنْ الرُّكْبَانِ جُزَافًا، فَنَهَانَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - أَنْ نَبِيعَهُ حَتَّى نَنْقُلَهُ مِنْ مَكَانِهِ» مُتَّفَقٌ عَلَيْهِ،
