(وَلَهُ) ؛ أَيْ: الْمُشْتَرِي (الْفَسْخُ بِعَيْبٍ يَخْتَصُّ الْمُسْتَثْنَى) ؛ كَعَيْبٍ بِرَأْسِهِ؛ أَوْ جِلْدِهِ؛ لِأَنَّ الْجَسَدَ شَيْءٌ وَاحِدٌ، يَتَأَلَّمُ كُلُّهُ بِتَأَلُّمِ بَعْضِهِ.
