(وَلَا) الْبَيْعُ (بِمَا يَنْقَطِعُ بِهِ السِّعْرُ) ؛ أَيْ: يَقِفُ عَلَيْهِ؛ لِلْجَهَالَةِ، (وَلَا كَمَا يَبِيعُ النَّاسُ) ؛ لِمَا تَقَدَّمَ،
