مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(وَإِنْ تَعَدَّدَ نِدَاءٌ كَجَامِعَيْنِ) فِي الْبَلَدِ فَأَكْثَرَ؛ تَصِحُّ الْجُمُعَةُ فِيهِمَا، لِسَعَةِ الْبَلَدِ وَنَحْوِهَا؛ (امْتَنَعَ بَيْعٌ) بِنِدَاءٍ فِي جَامِعٍ (أَوَّلَ) قَبْلَ نِدَاءِ الْجَامِعِ الْآخَرِ.

صَحَّحَهُ فِي " الْفُرُوعِ " وَفِي نُسْخَةٍ فِي " الْفُصُولِ ".
