(وَلَا غُسْلَ) عَلَى مَنْ جُومِعَتْ فَاغْتَسَلَتْ (بِخُرُوجِ مَنِيِّهِ) - أَيْ: مَنِيِّ الْمُجَامِعِ لَهَا - (مِنْ فَرْجِهَا بَعْدَ غُسْلِهَا) ، لِأَنَّهُ لَيْسَ مِنْهَا، كَخُرُوجِ بَقِيَّةِ مَنِيٍّ اغْتَسَلَ لَهُ بِغَيْرِ شَهْوَةٍ.
