(لَا إنْ بَاعَ مَنْ لَا تَلْزَمُهُ) الْجُمُعَةُ؛ كَمَرِيضٍ وَمُسَافِرٍ وَعَبْدٍ (لِمَنْ تَلْزَمُهُ) ؛ فَلَا يَصِحُّ (بِلَا حَاجَةٍ) وَتَقَدَّمَ.
