(وَيَتَّجِهُ وَيَحْرُمُ) إمْضَاءُ بَيْعٍ وَمَا عُطِفَ عَلَيْهِ بَعْدَ النِّدَاءِ الثَّانِي؛ لِلِاخْتِلَافِ فِي صِحَّةِ الْبَيْعِ؛ وَلِأَنَّ الْإِمْضَاءَ لَيْسَ بِبَيْعٍ؛ وَهُوَ مُتَّجِهٌ.
