(وَيَتَّجِهُ) إنَّمَا يَحْرُمُ بَيْعُ الْأَمَةِ إذَا عَلِمَ الْبَائِعُ أَنَّهَا اُشْتُرِيَتْ لِتُغَنِّيَ (بِآلَةِ لَهْوٍ) مُطْلَقًا، (أَوْ) اُشْتُرِيَتْ لِتُغَنِّيَ (لِلنَّاسِ) ،

وَأَمَّا إذَا كَانَتْ تُغَنِّي لِسَيِّدِهَا بِلَا آلَةِ لَهْوٍ؛ فَلَا رَيْبَ فِي إبَاحَةِ بَيْعِهَا وَاقْتِنَائِهَا لِذَلِكَ.
