(فَلَوْ وَطِئَ ابْنُ عَشْرٍ بِنْتَ ثَمَانٍ أَوْ عَكْسُهُ) بِأَنْ وَطِئَ ابْنُ ثَمَانٍ أَوْ تِسْعٍ بِنْتَ تِسْعٍ؛ (فَلِكُلٍّ حُكْمُهُ) : فَيَجِبُ الْغُسْلُ عَلَيْهِ فِي الْأُولَى، وَعَلَيْهَا فِي الثَّانِيَةِ
