(وَحَرُمَ احْتِكَارُ قُوتِ آدَمِيٍّ فَقَطْ) ؛ لِحَدِيثِ أَبِي أُمَامَةَ «أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - نَهَى أَنْ يُحْتَكَرَ الطَّعَامُ» رَوَاهُ الْأَثْرَمُ.

وَعَنْهُ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -: «الْجَالِبُ مَرْزُوقٌ، وَالْمُحْتَكِرُ مَلْعُونٌ» .
