وَلَيسَ لِمُضطَرٍّ زَمَنَ مَجَاعَةٍ بَذْلُ قُوتِهِ لِمُضطَرِّينَ، وَيَأتِيَ آخِرَ الأَطعِمَةِ،

(وَلَيْسَ لِمُضْطَرٍّ سَنَةَ مَجَاعَةٍ بَذْلُ قُوتِهِ) وَقُوتِ عِيَالِهٍ (لِمُضْطَرِّينَ) ؛ لِأَنَّ الضَّرَرَ لَا يُزَالُ بِالضَّرَرِ، وَلَيْسَ لَهُمْ أَخْذُهُ مِنْهُ لِذَلِكَ؛ لِئَلَّا يَهْلِكَ، (وَيَأْتِيَ آخِرَ الْأَطْعِمَةِ) مُسْتَوْفًى.
