مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(احْتِمَالٍ) قَوِيٍّ (وَكَعَقْدٍ زَمَنَ الْخِيَارَيْنِ) ؛ أَيْ: خِيَارِ الْمَجْلِسِ وَخِيَارِ الشَّرْطِ؛ فَيَصِحُّ الِاشْتِرَاطُ فِيهِمَا؛ كَمَا يَصِحُّ فِي صُلْبِ الْعَقْدِ؛ لِأَنَّ زَمَنَهُمَا بِمَنْزِلَةِ حَالِ الْعَقْدِ وَيَأْتِي. وَهُوَ مُتَّجِهٌ.
