وَبِعْتُكَ عَلَى أَنْ أَسْتَأمِرَ فُلَانًا، وَحَدَّ ذَلِكَ بِوَقتٍ مُعَيَّنٍ صَحَّ، وَلَهُ الْفَسْخُ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَسْتَأْمِرَ.

مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(وَ) قَالَ: (بِعْتُكَ عَلَى أَنْ أَسْتَأْمِرَ فُلَانًا، وَحَدَّدَ ذَلِكَ) ؛ أَيْ: اسْتِئْمَارَهُ (بِوَقْتٍ مُعَيَّنٍ) كَأُسْبُوعٍ مَثَلًا؛ (صَحَّ) الْبَيْعُ، (وَلَهُ) ؛ أَيْ: الْبَائِعِ (الْفَسْخُ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَسْتَأْمِرَ) فِي الْمُدَّةِ الْمُعَيَّنَةِ.
