(وَيَتَّجِهُ) صِحَّةُ عَقْدٍ مُعَلَّقٍ عَلَى الْمَشِيئَةِ، (وَلَوْ) كَانَ إتْيَانُهُ بِهَا (لِلشَّكِّ) ؛ لِعُمُومِ إطْلَاقِ الْأَصْحَابِ ذَلِكَ.
