مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(لَا) يَصِحُّ بَيْعُ (مِثْلِ زُبْدٍ بِسَمْنٍ، لِاسْتِخْرَاجِهِ) ، أَيْ: السَّمْنِ (مِنْهُ) ، أَيْ: الزُّبْدِ فَيُشْبِهُ بَيْعَ السِّمْسِمِ بِالشَّيْرَجِ.
