(وَلَا) بَيْعُ (نَوْعٍ مَسَّتْهُ النَّارُ) ، كَخُبْزِ شَعِيرٍ (بِنَوْعِهِ الَّذِي لَمْ تَمَسَّهُ) ، كَعَجِينِ شَعِيرٍ، لِذَهَابِ النَّارِ بِبَعْضِ رُطُوبَةِ أَحَدِهِمَا، فَيُجْهَلُ التَّسَاوِي بَيْنَهُمَا.
