(وَ) لَوْ صَارَفَ (خَمْسَةَ دَرَاهِمَ) فِضَّةً (بِنِصْفِ دِينَارٍ فَأَعْطَى) صَارِفَ الْفِضَّةِ (دِينَارًا، صَحَّ) الصَّرْفُ، لِحُصُولِ الْقَبْضِ بِالْمَجْلِسِ، (وَلَهُ) ، أَيْ: قَابِضِ الدِّينَارِ (مُصَارَفَتُهُ بَعْدَ) ذَلِكَ (بِالْبَاقِي) مِنْ الدِّينَارِ؛ لِأَنَّهُ أَمَانَةٌ بِيَدِهِ.
