بَابُ بَيْعِ الْأُصُولِ وَالثِّمَارِ وَمَا يَتَعَلَّقُ بِهَا] (الْأُصُولُ) : جَمْعُ أَصْلٍ وَهُوَ مَا يَتَفَرَّعُ عَنْ غَيْرِهِ، وَالْمُرَادُ (هُنَا أَرْضٌ وَدُورٌ وَبَسَاتِينُ وَنَحْوُ مَعَاصِرَ) ، كَحَمَّامَاتٍ (وَطَوَاحِينَ. وَالثِّمَارُ) : جَمْعُ ثَمَرٍ، كَجَبَلٍ وَجِبَالٍ، وَهِيَ
