(وَصَلَاحُ [بَعْضِ] ثَمَرِ شَجَرَةٍ إنْ بِيعَتْ صَلَاحٌ لِجَمِيعِ) ثَمَرِ أَشْجَارِ (نَوْعِهَا الَّذِي بِالْبُسْتَانِ) ؛ لِأَنَّ اعْتِبَارَ الصَّلَاحِ فِي الْجَمِيعِ يَشُقُّ، وَكَالشَّجَرَةِ الْوَاحِدَةِ وَلِأَنَّهُ يَتَتَابَعُ غَالِبًا،
