(وَلَهُ) ، أَيْ: الْمُبْتَاعِ (الْفَسْخُ بِعَيْبِ مَالِهِ) ، أَيْ: مَالِ الرَّقِيقِ الْمَقْصُودِ، (كَهُوَ) ، أَيْ: كَمَا أَنَّ لَهُ الْفَسْخَ بِعَيْبٍ يَجِدُهُ فِي الرَّقِيقِ.
